Price – Harlan starts a valuation process that includes an analysis of the current market including the supply and demand to come up with the price for your home that allows you to best compete and be successful. The ebb and flow of the ever-changing market means Harlan takes into account the current supply and demand and seasonal adjustments to make recommendations on how to maximize the value of your home.
Preparation – Harlan provides all of the services of a professional interior designer and home-stager to help enhance the value and sense of space that your home provides. This also helps bring out the unique and most desirable features of your home.
In Harlan’s 25 years of experience, one of the most important things that Harlan has learned is that the real estate industry is now a highly visual medium. Home photos are shot by Harlan personally in high-definition. They’re shot from the proper perspective that shows off each room’s best features.
